Sector-76 Naval Command collects operational telemetry strictly required to maintain real-time multiplayer synchronization, anti-cheat validation, and billing verification.

02. ACCOUNT STORAGE & SECURITY

User profile records are stored securely within isolated PostgreSQL domain schemas utilizing ULID primary keys. Password hashes are processed via Argon2id algorithms. We do not store raw credit card numbers; all billing operations are offloaded to certified Payment Service Providers (Stripe).

03. COOKIES & LOCAL STORAGE

We utilize strictly necessary local storage tokens to retain active session state, tactical UI preferences, and sound effect levels. No third-party advertising tracking cookies are embedded within the application. For detailed disclosure, inspect our dedicated Cookie & Storage Protocol.

04. COMMANDER RIGHTS (GDPR / CCPA / CPRA)

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you retain the right to:

• Request a full machine-readable export of your in-game combat and telemetry logs.
• Request total erasure and account decommissioning ("Right to be Forgotten").
• Object to automated processing or request rectification of recorded tactical stats.

05. UNDERAGE PROTECTION & COPPA COMPLIANCE

Sector-76 is intended for commanders aged 16 and older (or 13 with parental consent where permitted by local jurisdiction). We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Any detected accounts registered by minors without parental consent will be decommissioned immediately.

06. DATA RETENTION & AUTOMATED PURGE

Match turn-by-turn coordinate telemetry is retained in volatile memory and secure cache storage for the active match duration plus 90 days for anti-cheat verification, after which raw coordinate dumps are purged to prevent unnecessary storage bloat.
