01. ACCEPTANCE OF COMMAND
By creating an account, launching the browser client, or accessing the Sector-76 fleet network, you enter into a legally binding contract with Sector-76 Naval Command Inc. and agree to comply with all High Admiralty directives.
02. VIRTUAL ASSETS & WAR ECONOMY
In-game currencies (Credits, Scrap, Diamonds) and commissioned vessels are virtual operational assets. They possess no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency outside authorized payment channels.
03. BILLING, PAYMENTS & TAXES
Optional purchases of Diamonds or Tactical Bundles are processed through certified PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways (Stripe). Prices include applicable sales tax or Value Added Tax (VAT) based on your billing jurisdiction. All virtual purchases are governed by our Refund & Asset Policy.
04. FAIR PLAY & ANTI-CHEAT ENFORCEMENT
Automated trajectory injection, memory modification, network packet tampering, or exploiting database transaction deadlocks will trigger automatic server-side security locks without refund. Inspect our complete Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Code.
05. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All vessel designs, 3D assets, dieselpunk audio recordings, shaders, and underlying artillery algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sector-76 Naval Command Inc.
06. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ("AS-IS" PROVISION)
The game simulation is provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sector-76 disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall the operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network latency, service outages, or loss of virtual assets.
07. GOVERNING LAW & LEGAL VENUE
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operational headquarters jurisdiction, excluding conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of this contract shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts.
