REFUND & ASSET POLICY
HIGH ADMIRALTY ARCHIVE ID: FIN-2026-REFUND-V2
01. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/EEA & GLOBAL)
Under European Union Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and comparable international e-commerce protections, consumers generally retain a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from remote purchase contracts.
02. NATURE OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY (DIAMONDS & CREDITS)
All virtual currencies (Diamonds, Admiralty Credits, Refinery Scrap, and Components) are operational digital licenses for use solely within the Sector-76 combat simulation.
- Virtual currencies carry no cash surrender value and are non-convertible into real fiat currency or external real-world goods.
- Unused, completely unspent virtual currency packs purchased within the preceding 48 hours may be evaluated for voluntary courtesy refund upon written petition, provided no items or speed-ups have been consumed from said pack.
- Any consumable item, ammunition craft batch, or drydock repair timer that has been initiated or completed is strictly final and irreversible.
03. FRAUDULENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACK PROTOCOL
Unilateral chargebacks initiated through banks or payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, or card issuers) without prior administrative inquiry through the High Admiralty support conduit constitute a breach of warfare contract.
04. SANCTIONED ACCOUNTS & CODE VIOLATIONS
In the event that an account is suspended, decommissioned, or court-martialed due to violations of our Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Protocol (including memory tampering, bot automation, RMT, or severe behavioral infractions), no reimbursement, credit, or restitution shall be granted for any remaining virtual assets, diamonds, or fleet vessels.
